During the 2009-2010 fiscal year, the Northwest PA CareerLink® system experienced record numbers. With over 67,000 customers entering the doors of the one-stop locations, and more than 12,000 new job seekers registering with the PA CareerLink® system, the need for an individual to oversee operations was recognized.

In April 2010, Jeannine Drositis joined the staff of the Northwest Pennsylvania workforce development system as the Director of Operations for the six one-stop locations in the Northwest PA CareerLink® system.  As Director of Operations, Drosistis is responsible for the coordination, alignment, execution and oversight of high quality Northwest PA CareerLink® programmatic services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA). Drositis reports directly to the Operators' Consortium which is comprised of partners both from the public and private sectors that operate within the Northwest PA CareerLink® system.

In order to continue efforts in support of regional workforce development, Site Administrators are charged with the oversight of the one-stop facilities, and the development of relationships in the community that each serves.  Site Administrators foster these relationships by participating in various local and regional events, attending board meetings on a regular basis, and providing communication outreach to local radio, newspaper and television media outlets.
