Page Content The Northwest PA CareerLink® is a collaborative workforce development system comprised of numerous partner agencies among the six-county region. Through five one-stop centers located throughout the region, the Northwest PA CareerLink® facilitates communication and interaction among job seekers and employers, improving access to such vital information as job postings and resumes and provides an array of assessment, training and education services to jobseekers and youth. The Northwest PA CareerLink® system is a recognizable force in community services to employers and job seekers in the region. The one-stop facilities located in Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Venango and Warren counties provide a unique opportunity for employers to connect with job seekers and for job seekers to connect with employers.
