The Regional Center for Workforce Excellence (RCWE) serves as the staff support and fiscal agent to the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board (NWPA WIB).  A non-profit organization, the RCWE’s mission is to connect people with jobs through collaborative workforce development efforts and strong partnerships with various sectors in the Northwest Pennsylvania region. The RCWE cooperates with state officials in providing regional employers with vital labor market data, delivery systems that address student and worker needs and assistance in coordinating recruiting and training efforts.
