Commonwealth Workforce Development System
The Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) offers one-stop access to a variety of services for employers, job seekers, and service providers. People seeking jobs are encouraged to use the CWDS to research career information, create a resume, pursue training, or receive vocational rehabilitation. Employers may use the system to post job openings, find skilled workers, screen applicants, and research the labor market. The CWDS also links individuals to such services as child care, vocational testing, medical and psychological services, and personal assistance technologies.
