The NW PA Workforce Investment Board is accepting public comment on the Local Plan Modification for Program Year 2011 – 2012.  Changes can be found on pages 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 21, 24, 31, 32 and 50.  The public comment period begins at 1 PM on 9/9/2011 and can be reviewed from 9 AM – 3 PM Monday – Friday at the Regional Center for Workforce Excellence, 764 Bessemer Street, Suite 102, Meadville, PA 16335 or online at www.nwpawib.org.  All comments must be received in writing by 4 PM on 10/10/2011.  Comments may be mailed or hand-delivered to RCWE, c/o Debra O’Neil or via email at deb@nwpawib.org.
