Restructuring Local Workforce Investment Area

Restructuring WIA

The Chief Local Elected Officials (CLEOs) have worked diligently and impetuously in developing a new model for the Northwest WIA. Checks and balances have been incorporated into the new Workforce Investment Board bylaws and policies. The new Workforce Investment Board will be operating under a totally restructured program. The CLEOs are committed to making the Northwest WIA a Best in State of Pennsylvania, if not the nation, and look forward to working with the new board, seated in July 2014.
